Real People, Honest Guidance

We're not about flashy promises. Our small team works directly with clients who want straightforward help planning event investments without the usual financial jargon or unrealistic expectations.

Callum Thornfield

Investment Advisor

Spent twelve years helping Australian families figure out event budgets without overselling. He's the one who'll tell you when something doesn't make sense for your situation. Started in banking but got tired of pushing products people didn't need.

Most weekends you'll find him volunteering at Port Macquarie community events, which gives him real insight into what actually works on the ground.

Strategic Planner

Came to Australia from Sweden in 2018 and brought a different perspective on long-term planning. He's particularly good at helping clients see beyond the immediate event to consider broader financial implications.

Won't promise miracles but will sit down with spreadsheets and show you realistic scenarios based on actual market data from the past decade. His approach is methodical, sometimes overly cautious, but that's exactly what some clients need.

How We Actually Work

Look, we're small. That means when you call, you get one of us, not a call centre. It also means we can't take on hundreds of clients. We typically work with 15-20 families at a time because that's what allows us to give proper attention.

Our process starts with listening more than talking. Too many advisors come in with pre-made solutions. We spend the first meeting just understanding what you're actually trying to achieve and what keeps you up at night.

Transparency First

We show you exactly how we arrived at recommendations. All assumptions are laid out clearly, and we discuss scenarios where plans might not work as expected.

Realistic Timelines

Event investment planning takes time. We typically suggest a six-month initial engagement starting late 2025 or early 2026 to properly understand patterns and adjust strategies.

Regular Check-ins

Markets change, life circumstances shift. We schedule quarterly reviews not because we want billable hours, but because plans need adjusting based on real-world changes.
