Look, we're small. That means when you call, you get one of us, not a
call centre. It also means we can't take on hundreds of clients. We
typically work with 15-20 families at a time because that's what allows
us to give proper attention.
Our process starts with listening more than talking. Too many advisors
come in with pre-made solutions. We spend the first meeting just
understanding what you're actually trying to achieve and what keeps you
up at night.
Transparency First
We show you exactly how we arrived at recommendations. All
assumptions are laid out clearly, and we discuss scenarios
where plans might not work as expected.
Realistic Timelines
Event investment planning takes time. We typically suggest a
six-month initial engagement starting late 2025 or early 2026
to properly understand patterns and adjust strategies.
Regular Check-ins
Markets change, life circumstances shift. We schedule quarterly
reviews not because we want billable hours, but because plans
need adjusting based on real-world changes.
